Marketing2win is a division of
Damarka Enterprises, Inc.,
a sales, marketing and management consulting firm founded in 1969. Robert (Bob) Bossen, president of Damarka and Marketing2win,
felt that our clients' interests could best be served
by having each activity function as its own department
but coordinating their efforts with each other.

Bob Bossen began his marketing career in
the real estate business in
Jacksonville, Florida. Starting as a one-office, two-person operation,
he
systematically expanded to an organization with five offices and 120 agents.
He served as President of his local Board of Realtors and
as a vice-president of The Florida Association of Realtors.
He is the only person to be appointed as Education Chairperson
of the state association for three terms.
Bob was an instructor for the Graduate Realtors Institute and
as a sought-after speaker, he presented productive seminars on
marketing, salesmanship, interpersonal relationships and human behavior.
For 14 years, he published Real Estate
Marketing Management Alert, a highly successful subscription newsletter for real
estate professionals. But, being a one-man operation, his popularity soon caught
up with him and he had to cease publication to keep up with the demands on his
time.
Because of his unique approach and the
success
he brought to so many people, Bob was called on by numerous companies to help them with
sales
training sessions as well as marketing and management consultation.
This kind of activity became his first love and he left the real estate
business
to invest his time in helping others achieve the kind of success that he had
created for himself.
